Return and Refund Policy

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A RETURN REQUEST


Exchanges or store credit may be issued for damaged or defective items that are reported within 7 days of receiving delivery. ​PLEASE NOTE:

  1. You can return clothes within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  2. Any accessory items are considered a final sale and it's not returnable or refundable.

  3. All returns are issued by store credit only. No refunds will be given.

  4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  5. All returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to us without prior approval will NOT receive store credit.

  6. Any requests for returns and exchanges after 7 days of receiving delivery will not be approved.

 

The procedure for returning damaged or defective items as follows:

  1. Please fill out the "Return Request Form" provided below.

  2. If your return request has been approved, you will receive an email containing an RCA (return call tag) to print and send back to us (inside the return box).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued as a "coupon with refund amount" to apply toward your next purchase.
